ORDER AND PAYMENTS
You do not have to create an account on labelriwa.com when you place an order, and can simply
proceed as a Guest Shopper. However, there are several benefits including faster checkout to
creating an account. Please refer to the My Account page for more details.
You can pay using any prepaid mode including your credit or debit card, net banking, e-payments or
bank transfer. Alternatively, you can opt for Cash on Delivery option.
We do not store credit card information on our website. If you choose to save your credit card
information then the same is saved in our payment solution providers like CCAvenue, PayU and PayPal.
You will also be given an order confirmation number through an email from RIWA.
We understand that you may change your mind or wish to modify an order after you have placed it.

note that your order cannot be modified or cancelled once it is dispatched from our warehouse.
You can log-in using your registered email address to view your RIWA Account details. In the ‘Your
Orders’ section, you will find your recent order details alongside their current status.
We wants you to be happy with your purchases. We accept a return or exchange of your order (or some items of the order) within SEVEN days after delivery of the order. We request you to accompany your return along with the original receipt. The Tags on the product must be originally intact and the product in an unused condition. We reserve the right to reject return or exchange in case the returned product is damaged or is used condition.

In case there is some technical glitch and your payment fails while placing an order, please reload the
page and try again. Kindly ensure your Internet connection is not disrupted. It is possible the payment
page timed out or there was a redirecting issue.

In rare cases due to technical glitches you may not be redirected after making a payment. In such a case your order may not get registered with us. If your order does not reflect
under ‘My Orders’ in your RIWA account and you don't receive an order confirmation email, we request you to please connect with us via email (hello@labelriwa.com) or WhatsApps (+91- 9140084429) so our team help you place an order form the backend. We would require a Transaction ID or any other payment Reference Number with which we can verify your payment and your order details.
Any amount debited without an order at our end will be credited back to your account by your bank.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
We only have an exchange policy. Returns are only accepted in case of a manufacturing defect.
Please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.
Let’s not think of an irregular weave or print or a stitch as a defect. Handloom by definition means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.
Yes, you can! We want you to be happy with your purchases. We accept an exchange of your order

The refund process for your order will be initiated once the exchange has been delivered to our
warehouse. We will refund the amount to the original mode of payment. Typically, banks take 7-14
days to credit the amount. We will send you an email upon initiating the refund.
Return parcel cost has to be borne by the customer. RIWA can offer assistance for you in selecting
the most suitable logistics company in your city.
However, in case of a Return due to a manufacturing defect, we will refund the parcel cost borne by
the customer.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We deliver to all pin-codes in India. If you would still like to check for your pin-code, please feel free to

Orders above Rs1499/- come with free shipping. All other orders attract a nominal fee of Rs.100 as
standard delivery charges.
Usually, the estimated time for delivery for any domestic order is 7-10 working days from the day the
order is confirmed. However, in some cases-remote location and/or locations with COVID pandemic
related restrictions- may involve a longer delivery time. We will keep you informed in case of delivery
delays.
Once your order is processed, we hand over your order to logistic services we have partnered with
and they deliver the order to your delivery location. Once your order has been handed over, you will
be receiving an email on your registered email address with shipping details along with a tracking number which you can use to track your shipment.
No. At this point we are unable to offer overnight or expedited delivery service.
No. We aim to keep every item on our website in stock. If there is an item which you purchase and then we realize this item is not available, we will promptly inform you within 2 working days of your purchase and fully refund your money for the out of stock item.
We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please place separate orders.
No. Since we offer door to door deliveries through our shipping partners, you must include full address details including a street address for the shipping address.
All our orders are shipped within India from our warehouse in Lucknow, India to your provided shipping address. Due to the nature of inter-state shipping, you may have to pay additional duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your state.
The majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional duties or taxes are assessed, customer will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with our shipping partners to clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice/receipt from our shipping partner for any duties and taxes, you will have to pay them directly at the time of delivery.

We currently don't have gift packing option but we do hope to offer this service soon.
Yes, a gift message can be included with your order. Pls add a comment while placing the order with the details or contact our customer service via email (hello@labelriwa.com) or WhatsApps (+91-9140084429) to share the gift message which we can include in the shipping package on your behalf.
